Upon making your reservation…

(1) please check the date and time of pickup and also inform the dispatcher at that time if special accommodations need to be taken into consideration: child seat, (if so please include age and weight) wheelchair, walker, etc... so we can make the necessary arrangements. 
(2) Local pick ups must be changed 1 hour prior to pickup 1/2 hour away from base location to not be billed or charged wait time.
(3) Due to New York State sales tax on all livery services in New York, rates are subject to change at anytime.
(4) Your vehicle will be on site 10-15 minutes prior to your confirmed time of pickup so luggage my be loaded and not interfere with scheduled travel time, if not proceeding to you destination within 15 minutes of your confirmed time overtime/wait time will apply and is billed in 15 minute increments as well as overtime.
(5) there is a 50 $ penalty on all trips changed or canceled within (4) hours of your scheduled pickup time as well as unscheduled stops, detours and delays, If your car has been dispatched or is on location full payment of reservations will be due and payable. There is no refund of deposits or pre-paid reservations, company credit will be issued where applicable. 
(6) Management  assumes no liability for delay or non- performance due to equipment failure, road or traffic conditions, weather or any other causes beyond our control.
(7) Management reserves the right substitute vehicles to accommodate your party without penalty.
(8) Management is not responsible for items left behind or stolen items.
(9) For your safety we recommend that seatbelts be worn at all times once inside the vehicle and its being operated, we appreciate your business and look forward to serving you now as well as in the future for all your exclusive transport needs...
